Seacoast Commerce Bank opened for operation in June of 2003 as a single operating segment and operates one full-service office in Chula Vista, California. The Bank’s current primary source of revenue is derived from providing loans to customers, who are predominately small and middle-market businesses, and individuals. The Bank operates under a State banking charter and provides full banking services. As a State bank, the Bank is subject to regulation by the California Department of Financial Institutions (“DFI”) and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (“FDIC”).
The Bank is owned by approximately 200 shareholders with approximately 1.5 million shares outstanding (as of December, 2007).
